Baseline Surveys consists of a dedicated and experienced team who have worked together closely at various companies over the last 20 years before coming together to form Baseline Surveys. The hand-picked individuals who make up our team and the way we work together are at the heart of who we are and this in turn enables us to deliver the high-quality surveys and exceptional level of service our customers have come to rely on.

 

The company was established in Suffolk by Ben Craigie MCInstCES who began his surveying career in the late 1990’s. With over 25 years of experience, Ben progressed from a Junior Surveyor position to holding various senior and managerial roles, including leading the ‘Data Department’ of a London-based software company hosting survey data on their cloud-based digital platform.

Baseline Surveys was established with a desire to create a modern surveying company. To adhere to classic surveying techniques but utilise modern technology and, fundamentally, place our customers' needs at the centre of what we do.

Our company ethos is that of a long-term, sustainable approach. We recognise and respect the value of our clients and workforce and endeavour to consider the environmental impact of the decisions we make at all times.

These founding principles have created a company with an efficient model of operation, having low staff turnover and high client retention. The result is that Baseline Surveys is able to provide the highest level of service at competitive market rates.
